For holding circuit boards and components in place during PCB assembly operations. The PCB is placed into the jig. An anti-static foam backed cover is then clamped over the PCB allowing the board to be turned through 180° or to whichever angle is suitable. Components are held firmly in place while lead cutting, soldering, bending operations are completed.  Additional sliding rails available to increase the number of boards per unit. Model PCSA-0 comes with 1 sliding rail. Models PCSA-1 through 3 come with 2 sliding rails and 1 central removable rail.
