AB Kevlar Strip is a lever action hand tool designed to remove the protective sleeving from fibre optic bundles. The tool has two adjustable cutting blades. The depth of the cut is regulated by knurled blade adjusters, which allow variable blade penetration from 0–3mm.
AB Opti-Strip comprises of two blades mounted on spring loaded tensioning arms on either side of a hollow spindle. Depth of cut is changeable by adjustable nut; once set it may be permanently locked in position.
AB Silicon Strip is designed to remove the silicon protection from the glass filament. Its special handle automatically regulates the pressure exerted on the fibre.
