- The Sioen Winseler Hi-Vis Rain Jacket is a 100% waterproof, highly breathable, polyester fabric jacket with a FR PU coating. The Winseler Hi-Vis Rain Jacket has an anti-static grid and a moisture attracting polyamide coating on the inside making it supple with a high tear resistance. The fluorescent colours and reflective stripes ensure full viability from all sides
